Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using this site and doing business with the desk.

Who we are
Server Tech Solutions, Inc. ("STS", "we") is an enterprise hardware trading company based in Sanford, Florida. We own and operate ServerPartDeals.com.
Use of this site
This site exists to tell you who we are and to open a conversation with the desk. Use it for that. Don't scrape it, misrepresent it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or pass its content off as your own.
Quotes & valuations
Valuations and quotes produced through this site or by the desk are good-faith numbers based on the information you provide and live market data. They are not binding on either side until confirmed in writing, and they are always subject to physical inspection and verification of the equipment.
Orders & payment
Purchases and sales are governed by the invoice, purchase order, or written agreement confirmed by the desk for that transaction. Because our inventory is market-priced, pricing and availability can change up to the moment a transaction is confirmed.
Buyback transactions
Buyback offers are contingent on the received equipment matching the list and condition you described. Where it doesn't, we'll tell you what we found and re-quote before anything else happens. Payment follows verification.
Intellectual property
The Server Tech Solutions name, mark, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names and part numbers appear for identification only and belong to their owners.
Warranties
Site content is provided as-is, without warranty. Warranties on equipment are real and specific — they live in Warranty & Returns.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the amount paid in that transaction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Seminole County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
