The short version

We collect what we need to answer you, value your equipment, and run the business — nothing more. We don't sell contact data, we don't rent lists, and your details stay inside Server Tech Solutions.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact the desk, request a valuation, price a BOM, or apply for a role, we receive what you send: name, work email, phone, company, equipment lists, and anything you write in a message.

Information collected automatically. Basic, aggregate site analytics — pages visited, device and browser type, and referring page. We use this to understand what's working on the site, not to profile you.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and produce valuations and quotes
  • To fulfill and support transactions you've started with the desk
  • To evaluate applications you submit to our careers page
  • To improve the site and our service

We do not use your information for third-party marketing, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

What we share

Your information is shared only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, shipping, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations; ServerPartDeals.com, which we own and operate — same team, same systems; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

The site uses a minimal set of cookies for core functionality and aggregate analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Retention

We keep information as long as it's needed for the purpose you gave it to us — an open valuation, an active order, a legal obligation — and then we dispose of it.
